Terms of Service for MY PRO: TRUSTED PROS

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You are responsible for all activities under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on a single mobile device owned or controlled by you for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Use automated systems (e.g., bots) to access the App without permission

Any rights not expressly granted are reserved by us.

The App may allow you to upload, post, or transmit content ("User Content"), such as text, images, or data. You retain ownership of your User Content but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, store, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute it for operating and improving the App.

You represent that your User Content:

• Does not infringe third-party rights
• Is not unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or harmful

We are not responsible for User Content and may remove it at our discretion.

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or impersonate others
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Interfere with the App's operation or security
• Collect data from users without consent
• Use the App to promote illegal activities

We may monitor usage to enforce these Terms and cooperate with law enforcement if needed.

If the App offers paid features or subscriptions:

• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• You authorize recurring payments via your chosen method. We may change pricing with notice

Program description. MY PRO: TRUSTED PROS, operated by 3T Brothers, LLC, sends one-time verification codes by text message to confirm that a mobile phone number belongs to the person entering it. This is the only automated text message program we operate. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages, and we do not add your number to any recurring text campaign.

How you enroll. You enroll by entering your mobile phone number in the App and requesting a verification code. A code is sent only in direct response to that request.

• Message frequency: 1 message per verification request.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
• Help: Reply HELP to any message you receive from us, or email hello@my-pro.io.
• Opt out: Reply STOP to any message you receive from us to stop receiving them at any time. You may also remove your phone number in the App.
• Carrier liability: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

By providing your mobile phone number in the App and requesting a verification code, you agree to receive a one-time verification code by text message from MY PRO: TRUSTED PROS at that number. Message frequency is 1 message per request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. For additional assistance, contact hello@my-pro.io. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Participation in this program is subject to our Privacy Policy and these Terms of Service.

The App and all related content (excluding User Content) are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Your use does not transfer any ownership rights.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your license ends, and you must cease using the App.

Sections 5, 9-14, and any other provisions intended to survive will continue after termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of San Diego, California, USA. You waive any right to a jury trial.
